Data Deletion Instructions

The IQ Platform Ltd. respects the privacy of individuals who use our products and services, including users who interact with Facebook and Instagram accounts connected to The IQ Platform.

You may request deletion of personal information processed by The IQ Platform in accordance with applicable laws and third-party platform requirements.

What information can be requested for deletion?

Depending on the service used, relevant information may include:

• Social media account identifiers and available profile information.

• Messages and comments obtained through authorised integrations.

• Media and other information associated with social interactions.

• Account connection information and related integration records.

• Other personal information processed by The IQ Platform where deletion rights apply.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of information, please email: privacy@theiqplatform.com

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Please provide sufficient information to help us identify the data concerned, such as:

• The Facebook or Instagram account or Page involved.

• The organisation or radio station concerned, if known.

• A description of the information you want deleted.

• A contact email address for our response.

Please do not send passwords, access tokens or other sensitive credentials.

We may request further information where reasonably necessary to verify identity, confirm authority or locate the relevant records.
 

What happens after a request?

1. We acknowledge the request and assess the information provided.

2. We identify the relevant information and determine the applicable deletion obligations.

3. We coordinate with the responsible customer organisation where the information is held in a customer-managed installation.

4. We arrange deletion or other appropriate action in accordance with applicable law, contractual obligations and platform requirements.

5. We inform the requester of the outcome or explain any lawful limitation affecting the request.

Requests will be handled within the timeframes required by applicable law and platform requirements.

Disconnecting Facebook or Instagram

Authorised account administrators can revoke the IQ Platform's access to supported Facebook or Instagram accounts through Meta's applicable account or business integration settings. Revoking access prevents the integration from continuing to access the account through the revoked authorisation. Previously obtained information may require a separate deletion request.
